Korean Clear Noodle Recipe
I N G R E D I E N T S
1 pack of clear glass noodles
10 Chinese brown mushrooms
3 Spring onions
7 baby carrots
1 large onion
3 cups of bok choi chopped
5 cloves of garlic
1-2 tbsp oyster sauce
salt
pepper
Toasted sesame seed
I N S T R U C T I O N S
1. Soak the noodles in cold water for 5 minutes.
2. While waiting for it to soften, chopped up the vegetables and garlic.
3. On a hot pan, drizzle some oil then add in the garlic.
4. Let the garlic cook so that the flavors of the garlic can defuse out. Then add in the mushrooms, carrots and onions. Let them cook for awhile before adding the rest of the vegetables.
5. Add in the noodles. Use a chopstick to stir fry them around. I find that using chopsticks are easier but if you don't have them around, a tong and a fort works perfectly as well.
6. Pour in the oyster sauce and season with salt and pepper.
7. Stir fry them until they are all coated with the sauce.
8. Serve on a plate and sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds.
