Super Muesli Recipe
I N G R E D I E N T S
- 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/4 cups quinoa flakes
- 2/3 cup pecan (or any nuts you fancy)
- 3 tbsp chia seed
- 1/2 cuts pumpkin seed (or sunflower seeds are great too !)
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup dried mangoes
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 1/4 cups goji berries
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
I N S T R U C T I O N S
- Toast the oats, nuts and seeds in the oven for about 10 minutes Make sure you do not burn them because they off fast.
- Once done, let them cool while you chop the dried fruits.
- In a large bowl, mix the dried fruits and the toasted goods together.
- Add the cinnamon and salt together and mix.
