Super Muesli Recipe


Super Muesli Recipe

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/4 cups quinoa flakes 
  • 2/3 cup pecan (or any nuts you fancy)
  • 3 tbsp chia seed
  • 1/2 cuts pumpkin seed (or sunflower seeds are great too !)
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried mangoes 
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1/4 cups goji berries
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt


I N S T R U C T I O N S
  1. Toast the oats, nuts and seeds in the oven for about 10 minutes Make sure you do not burn them because they off fast.
  2. Once done, let them cool while you chop the dried fruits. 
  3. In a large bowl, mix the dried fruits and the toasted goods together.
  4. Add the cinnamon and salt together and mix.
