I am a big sucker for lemon. Lemon cake, lemon bar, lemon juice, lemon cookies, lemon muffin, lemon icing, anything lemon is my thing. My childhood dream job was to sell lemonades. (no joke, I even had my stall designed perfectly)

This bar has the perfect cookie-like crust. It is soft and chewy, hugging a big dollop of jam inside. The jam doesn't have a strong lemon flavor, so those of you who are afraid of lemon flavored bars, don't worry. Bit does have a very settle and exciting lemon flavor after taste.

The citrus and the acid cuts off the sweetness off so it's not overly sweet. The flavors are very strong and bold.

This bar will satisfy your late night sweet tooth, your hangry at 3 in the afternoon, and even a quick pick my up in the morning when you run out of time to prepare breakfast.
