Kale and Green Tea Noodles


I N G R E D I E N T S

3-4 oz of green tea noodles (I got mine at Wholefoods and they are the Hakubaku brand)
Bunch of Kale
1 onion
Garlic
Salt


I N S T R U C T I O N S 

1. On a pot, boil some water and add in the green tea noodles like how you would make spaghetti
2. On a hot pan, drizzle some oil then add in the chopped up garlic.
3. Add in the onions and stir them around for a while. Then add in the kale and wait till the leaves all wilt down. 
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Once it’s about ready, add in the noodles and stor them around for a while before serving.
