Chines in 5 minutes || Healthy Eats


Chines in 5 minutes

I N G R E D I E N T S

1 stalk of brocolli
1 stalk of cauliflower
6 oz of fried tofu
1 1/2 cups of mushroom
7-8 baby carrots
5 garlic cloves
some green spring onions (as many as you like.)

I N S T R U C T I O N S

1. Wash and chop up all the vegetables.
2. In a pot of boiling water, cook the broccoli and cauliflower first.
3. On a pan, drizzle some oil and when it's hot enough, add in the chopped garlic.
4. Once you kitchen is filled with garlic aromas, add in the carrots and mushroom.
5. Stir fry a while before adding the tofu as well as the broccoli and cauliflower.
6. Cook for a little while then add your seasonings, salt and pepper. Add some low sodium soy sauce for extra flavor and serve it hot.
