Think Happy

Think Happy

This book is all about happy and motivational things in life which I find very fitting to this month which is the Mental Awareness Month. I am a strong believer in mental health. I think that, just as important as food and values, mental health shapes our everyday lives. It explains our past, construct our present, and path our future. Mental illnesses is never a weakness. It's like a disease that we have no control of. It's not a choice. No one sign up to be depressed. No one signed up to have anxiety. People with mental illnesses should not be ashamed. The way I view it, people with mental illness are strong, or even stronger than others because we suffer every single day and have demons in our heads, yet we still power through, we still come out strong, and most importantly, we never surrender.

In this book, there's so many inspirational quotes and sayings. It also describes to you what the saying means and the message behind them. It's like a personal therapy book. Don't spend $200 per hour if you don't have the money or the time. Get this book and read it every morning. You will feel instantly better. This book not only spreads positive vibes but also brings hope. Start a day with a smile, even if you don't feel like it. Soon, the smile will not only brighten today, but tomorrow.
